[GAMEPLAY] Fiora's Passive Visual Bug

I ve noticed 3-4 times that fiora's passive vitals are 2 sometimes.. but the one is just visual.. it just stays there and sometimes leaves after a few minutes.. u cant proc it but sometimes its confusing u..! i dont know why or how it happens and i thought that i had the issue.. but as i saw it more than a couple of times i thought i should report it
