Rammus Price bug?

I just purchased Rammus in the store for 1350 IP, however I was charged 3150 IP, his old price I started off with 5833 and as you can see from my link, it dropped my IP to 2683 instead of 4483. So uh, can I have my difference back please? Idk how to super verify this, but someone should be able to look at my recent purchases and IP right?
