[GAMEPLAY]A BUG IN THE FLEX PROMOS

So... i was Silver III at Flex and decided to rank up . I was on win streak and got to promos for Silver II , and i had a free win from a previous promo. I played a game and lost it, and it got me out of promos... having actually a win and a lose.. Now i played another game and now I am again in promos with a free victory... How did i get out of promos with a victory and a defeat?
