Can't Sign Into Support Page

Hello

I am currently trying to sign into the support page so I may ticket and try to fight a chat restriction that I feel was truly unjust. The Issue is that it won't let me sign into Riot's support page because my accounts email is not verified even though it 100% is without the option to verify it again. Is there anyway to work around this or could I please have a rioter help fix this for me or even look into the chat restriction? :<
