Heckin fix Panth

So uhhh... I was playing Panth and I got Xin Zhao as my opponent, and you know Xin has the Three Talon Strike,and however my passive was up, I still got knocked up Is this supposed to work like this? Cause the passive should block the basic attack Maybe I'm just retarded
