Raptor cloak doesn't exist in aram??

Every time i go to buy Banner of Command in ARAM i try to buy Raptor Cloak first. it literally just does not register. i think the item has not been added to ARAM but the parent items have? anyway it hasn't been a big deal to me since the difference between buying Raptor Cloak and finishing Banner of Command is like 250 g or something which you can wait for in ARAM, but still a bug and should probs be fixed.
