Glitchs Tho

I've occured another glitch while loading in pre-game lobby. I was picking the ban options for the new game mode and after I tapped blitzcrank its skills popped up and wouldnt go down and then at champion select the champions selection was empty for me therefore not being able to pick a champion therefore being kicked from game please fix these pre-game glitchs riot.
