Tahm kench and shen bugs

Sometimes tahm just stops being able to eat a champion, think it has something to do with if they get cc'ed inside him (morg ult) or as soon as they exit him. Also a bug with shen where he has 4 cs at the start of the game (before minions spawn and jungle spawns) then the client will say that he dealt -2 billion or more (less?) damage.
