[Client] Black screen on all Queues and Mastery Page blank

So I figured I'd try to reach out to the community to see if there are others who are having the same problem.

I've had this glitch/bug/etc for a couple patches now and the only way to fix it is to do a repair/re-patch every time I open up league (which gets really annoying since it can be time consuming). Basically the bug is that everytime in a Queue I'm about to enter the champion selection screen it goes black and I can't do anything except leave the game. It even happens in a custom game so I can't do anything but forced to re-patch. The second bug that seems to tie into the first as in I can tell when the black screen is going to happen when my Mastery page won't load and is completely blank. When I mean blank I mean nothing appears it's just a blank screen of the background of the mastery page. Would really like some help on this as it's getting tiring to have to repatch everytime I want to play the game.
