I played a round as mid lane Morgana last week and at the end of the fight in the damage and healing recap, I dealt 18.5k damage but only healed 0.1k HP ( Match History ) )

Don't know if it was a recap bug or if she really didn't heal any HP that round, I tried her again afterwards and dealt 17.3k damage and healed for .5k... ( Match History ) ) unless i'm doing the math wrong, shouldn't her passive heal her for more?

If it works like item spellvamp, its reduced to 1/3 effectiveness for everything in morgana's kit besides her Q. On another note, i did as much spellvamp on morgana just for fun in normals and it was great landing a Q and healing for like 300 health instantly
