[GAMEPLAY] Cloud Drake had Rift Herald "vulnerable" passive.

I was playing Thresh when me and Shaco decided to do drake, we started attacking it I out of the corner of my eye saw that the drake took 1k damage from my basic attack. This makes Drake more of a "who can attack it from behind and outsmite jungler" kind of thing.

Steps to recreate:

1. Get into game
2. Spawn Drake
3. Watch passive of drake
4. Attack Drake from behind

This works only for cloud drake, and I managed to recreate it 100% of the time every time.
