Client Stuck on Accept or Decline

I queued up for solo queue and when the accept/decline popped up I had hit accept and the timer got stuck. In the background you can see the pick/ban phase appear and If I clicked randomly i can hear champion dialogue, I could not restart the client or else I would get hit with a dodge timer and lose LP, I ended up losing it anyway because I was unable to pick/ban a champion.
