Black Client Screen

hello riot or anyone iam having a bad bug it causes my champ select screen too go black and my number timer too freeze but i can hear everything in the background ive lost 20 lp currently from it and a 30 minute ban its frustrating and id like some back if possible is their anyway too fix this known problem?
