[CLIENT] Unable to ban champions.

Unable to see the list of champions to ban from.

I didn't really do anything. Just the usual: Play -> Summoner's Rift -> Ranked flex -> Confirm -> Picked my lanes -> Find Match -> Accept -> Cannot ban Was forced to dodge twice because I couldn't ban a champion*[zombie-nunu-bummed]*
