20 min que keeps resetting

So I got a 20 min que ban because I had uncontrollable lag in my game. (Btw if they ping over 1k lag in a game and DC within a minute, they shouldn't get the queue) anyway. I queued up for a game and was waiting and then the timer reset to 20 minutes. I waited until it went down again cos maybe lag was doing it again... I wait and wait for 3 hours and I can't get into a game. If you need I can send proof of this to riot.
