Camera moving on its own.

Anyone else having their camera move on its own? I play with my camera locked onto my champion, but usually i unlock it when i get into a fight. Now, when i unlock it; it moves on its own with extreme high speeds. I thought this was just a bug that would go away later, but this has been happening for about the past 10 games I've played.
