Illaoi Bug

Recently, Illaoi has been getting played a lot as I've seen (probably because she was just in the rotation) and so I've seen what I think is a glitch with Prophet of an Elder God. According to the move description, tentacles passively spawn on impassible terrain. But as Illaoi walks by, I've seen tentacles sometime spawn just in the middle of a lane. Very clearly not attatched to a wall or tower. They never actually swing at people, they just stand there, waiting to die This happening to anyone else?
