[GAMEPLAY] Visible parts of the map even though it's not warded

This happens very often in my games but I don't know how to reproduce the bug.

Reconnecting does it everytime for me.

This also happens to me on occasion.

And just for clarification you can't actually see anything (champions wards etc) in these areas it just looks like you can.
