[GAMEPLAY] Quick cast with indicator bug

Here in the game, when I use the quick cast with indicator to launch a skill, such as Orianna's Q, if I press the key twice quickly, the skill is launched and it also leaves the indicator on the screen. It interupsts my gaming experience quite a lot. Can you fix that?

Here is the screenshot, after using the q skill, it's on CD. However, the indicator is still there. Sometimes I press the key twice to make sure it is launched, but the recent change of the indicator really frustrates me. Thank you.

I hadn't really noticed this bug myself, but then I played a game as Syndra. Quickly doublecasting Force of Will (W) is pretty common on her, but the bug causes the cursor to suddenly become a crosshairs, which lasts until you use it again. Kinda confusing when I need to aim an autoattack or two in between cooldowns.

There's also a similar bug: If you're CC'd or interrupted somehow while trying to SmartCast an ability it will do the same thing. This causes you to have to double tap the ability again to use it, which is a huge amount of time wasted in a team fight.

It doesn't happen from pressing the key twice quickly. It happens from pressing and HOLDING DOWN the key for the cast time of an ability. So Take Annie W for example, press W, and quickly press and hold W again. When you release the indicator remains. It doesn't have to be for the full cast time as far as I can tell, it can be just for part of it which only take milliseconds of holding the key down.

This bug applies to every ability and summoner spell with a range indicator or targeting indicator (Smite, TP, ignite). Either the range indicator persists, or your cursor gets stuck as a blue targeting indicator, and you're unable to ping or left click the minimap to view somewhere else.
