2 times Yasuo and dont have the champ

I know Yasuo is disabled but I was about to buy him and play him later, I bought him once but it was loading for ages so I closed the purchase window and I bought him once again and it was loading for ages again so I still got my RP and I went in to a game and when I came back the RP was gone and I didnt have Yasuo so I checked my purchases and there stood that I bought Yasuo twice but when I went to my champion there was no Yasuo. PLEASE HELP ME!! ( I think it's glitched )
