low priority que for two years????

I havent played this game in years because i have a very busy work schedule and in 2016 i was attending college and had a low priority que for my connection messing up too much. Now that i am out of school and want to get back into league of legends with my dad and brother almost two years later and im still getting punished wtf is this riot games i literally quit because of this reason and im still getting punished two years later? Name one person who is going to sit 20 minutes in front of a computer on christmas day just to play a game... please get this fixed this is half the reason everyone just leaves to Fortnite (a way better game in my opinion , plus the staff actually care about your account they dont just ignore you).
