RP issues

I just recently bought 5 pounds of rp and it didn't actually put it in my account but still took my money. WHY DID LEAGUE ROB ME I WANT ANSWERS NOW OF WHAT HAPPENED, and when i try report it there's an issue with logging into riot games support. every time I login to the league website as soon as i click riot games support it logs me out and doesn't let me log back in. IM SO PISSED PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME
