Relic Shield + Kalista = No Relic Shield procs with Kalista passive

Being that the Relic Shield (as well as Targon's Brace and Face of the Mountain) proc gives the lane partner gold **PLUS **heals them **PLUS **gives the support the gold from the passive, wouldn't it make more sense for the passive of the Relic Shield to proc before Kalista's passive?
