[CLIENT] Window unusable after game

So i've had this in the help section for a while but it seems like noone else has a solution, thus i'm now reporting this as a bug as it is extremely frustrating, after a game (from my experience only summoners rift (normal or ranked)) instead of showing the screen for post-game stats etc, there will be no screen, as if the client has exited or crashed.. but with no error message.. the only way to continue playing is to close the client manually in task manager and open the client again and log back in..

I've been experiencing this since the 5.14 patch and it has been increasingly happening since.. some games are fine, but most of them aren't..

i've asked a few people from teams i'm in and they are experiencing the same issue.
