[GAMEPLAY] Mastery Effects dont appear.

Erm, i do not know if its only me, but i have got to Lvl 4 as Nasus, and as the Champion Mastery page claims, after Level 4, suppusebly an animation is suppused to appear above my head. I do not know why it does not appear above my head. I also have tryd to spectate other people who have fully mastered their Champions, and yet agin the Animation does not appear above them. Even when i play with them, the Animation does not appear above them. Other thigns such as the Loading Screen prompt works tho. I do not know if its onlu Occuring to me, that's the gist of it.
