[Gameplay] Disappearing Time Bomb, No Bomb Damage, No stun from either side

Just finished playing a game of Mid Vs. Mid. I was playing Fiora casually, getting my butt wrecked by range and insane slows.

We were trading normally, but when Zilean threw two bombs on me and I was able to Perry Immediately the first bomb would just disappear without an explosion, and Zilean was in the middle of Fiora's "Parry" Hitbox just not getting stunned at all. The AoE damage didn't take place either.

The best way to replicate this is to have Fiora parry (at Zilean) as Zilean throws his two Time Bombs onto her. What should occur is. No explosion or AoE damage from the first bomb, and no stun from Fiora's Parry.

Unfortunately, I don't record or take screenshots while playing league.
