numbers and words are a way too big font

The numbers were always slightly larger than my friends numbers and characters but after the 5.15 patch they increased to a huge size. It is really difficult for me to read important information like who has which items and my CS etc. Its any number or letter in the game including: my stats, health and mana, the letters that correspond to my abilities, all information in the menu that appears when you hold tab, and really any number or letter in the game ( the only exception is the chat). I went through every setting on interface gameplay etc. and none of them affect it. HUD scaling and changing the resolution is what I've been told fixes it but it does not affect it. Can anyone please tell me how to fix this? included twitch cuz I like him
