[GAMEPLAY] Katarina - Shunpo doesn't do dmg

Katarina's Shunpo doesn't apply damage to the nearest enemy in range when jumped on a dagger.

Patch notes 6.22: "WIDE BERTH: Shunpo now targets an area around Katarina’s target, and strikes the nearest enemy if cast on an ally or dagger"

Steps to reproduce:

1. place a dagger close to an enemy unit
2. jump on a dagger with Shunpo
3. it deals dmg from passive but not from Shunpo

Reproducibility: every time

Server: EUNE Patch: 6.22 Game: Custom Summoner's rift

Screenshots:

1. only passive (78 dmg) - use W and pick a dagger - link
2. only shunpo (66 dmg) - just use E directly on Lizard Elder - link
3. passive + shunpo (78 dmg) - placed a dagger nearly on top of Lizard Elder and used Shunpo on the dagger) - link
4. few frames later - still no dmg - link
5. after 4 seconds - Lizard Elder has still same hp, so it is clear I didn't take screenshot too early before shunpo dmg proced (my spells dealt together 78 dmg) - link
