Moving and "Attempt to Reconeect" Bug

Hope you'll understand this.. Maybe you had the problem too and you can help me with this.

so.. I tried to download and install windows 10. the download was a failure and after that i gave up. i tried to play lol but after the "installation" of win 10 i realized something is different from before. my FPS and PING were the same but it felt like i had a +80 Ping.. (i permanently have a 25 ping). My framerate were constantly on 80fps locked. and after some time of playing my champ wont move. i tried to klick the hell outta that game but the champ didnt moved... after a while of not moving there came the screen of "attempt to reconnect" BUT.. i was still in the game.. i saw how my minions attacked other minions (there lifebars went down too) and the champions (both teams) were moving too.. they could even attack me while i had this "attampt to reconnect" screen... after i reconnected into the game there was no difference.. i had the +80ping feeling while i had 25... i had my 80 fps but there definitely werent 80... Just for info... i tried to fix it with new installing windows 7... still no difference.. i tried to reinstall lol.. still no difference... i tried to install all drivers i had before AND SUPRISE... still no difference

So if anyone got this problem and fixed it or heard of it and know how to remove this pls answer... it really freaks me out...
