Yasuo bug

I just had a game where I was rammus, there was an enemy Yasuo, I tried taunting him multiple times, but it wouldnt taunt him at all. Like I said multiple times. My spell would go on cooldown, but he would not get taunted. Fix one bug but create 2 more. Go look into it.
