League freezes in the first few minutes almost every other game only in ranked

This problem only occurs in ranked and has never occurred in any Normal games I've played. The game will freeze on a frame and not respond. I can barely open task manager to force quit the game and reconnect. As you might guess, this makes improving and trying to win lane extremely difficult and frustrating. There is no bugsplat and I really do not know what the cause is. I've have been looking for a solution for at least a month it seems. It seems I've tried everything and have spent many hours searching through these boards and discussions.
