Level Up Bug

With Kleptomancy, you can occasionally get an item that lets you level an ability. As fine as that is, once you hit level 18, you get the option to level but you can't put any points in because there are no more points to put in. So the level up stays there. It's really distracting when playing. So the next game when this happened, I tried to just get rid of it. But you can't sell the item. Meaning that you are forced to use it and deal with the bug.
