[Gameplay] Renekton W and Auto swinging animations gone?

Whenever Renekton used his W or auto attacked he would swing and there would be particles of the blade moving, but these are gone now. I'm not sure if this was intended or jsut a bug so i posted it here for clarification. You can see from the picture it shows the little slash it does whenever he uses his W or simply auto attacks. THis might be a small thing but i always thought it looked nice.
