[crashing] Nunu & Willump post 34m crashes league

If the game gets to 34 minutes and you're playing Nunu, there's a good chance you'll hear a windows noise and the game freezes. I thought it was a computer issue and did a clean reinstall + updated everything but it happened again. I found another thread with the same time same champion issue so I'm 90% sure it has to do with Nunu specifically

Play Nunu, game goes for 34 minutes, you'll likely crash. If you reconnect you'll crash again in 3-5 minutes. I have 6 games that went past 34m and 4 of them had the issue
