Game crashed and now i have the 5 game 20 minute ban.

I started loading the game with my friends and we just all picked our champions and just as we were about to start, the loading screen showing the champions before the game my league crashed. I thought no problem ill just restart league and try and reconnect then. I did that but instead of saying you have disconnected from the game like it usually does above the orange "reconnect" sign it said game crashed and every time it i tried to reconnect and join my screen turned black. And so the game ended and i never even connected so i got the 20 minute ban for 5 games because the game crashed before it even began, which was in no way my fault. so Riot can you please remove the ban as this was not my fault. thank you very much.
