No "Voice" sound in league of legends

Hi Riot.

I re-installed LoL today and after starting a custom game to see if it was working, i have no announcer sounds or character champion sounds ? All my abilities and pings make noise just not voices? Please help

I get the same thing, but with karthus, there is no sound surrounding him. :

I'm having the same problem. Custom game with Trundle, no announcer voice, no character voiceover. Hit sounds, music & turret sound works fine.
