Hi Riot.
I re-installed LoL today and after starting a custom game to see if it was working, i have no announcer sounds or character champion sounds ? All my abilities and pings make noise just not voices? Please help
GayestDragon2 votesI get the same thing, but with karthus, there is no sound surrounding him.
:
SelflessTeammate2 votesYeah, Karthus has literally no VO for me, either. Not from anything, including commands, skills, emotes, or anything else, and no one else seems to hear him, either.

I get just that, not even his lay waste explosions sound, even the enemy says his ult is silent when it kills them (which is good and bad). When will someone get on the case ?
PS. this might be a global issue ?
SelflessTeammate1 votesI think you might be right, my good sir. I mean, from my end, it really does look to be a global thing. I haven't encountered any instance of a Karthus VO working at all, on any client end. He just doesn't say a word or make a sound.
Kinda frustrating, because A) I'm 10-2 with Karthus in ranked this season, which is neat, and B) I like his VO a whole lot.
JMacker1 votesI'm having the same problem. Custom game with Trundle, no announcer voice, no character voiceover. Hit sounds, music & turret sound works fine.
