League Client won't let me hit accept and champion select wont let me choose a champ

This has been happening to me for 2-3 weeks its really annoying. I'm trying to play ranks but it this bug is preventing me to play. I get to champion select then i chose my champ i want to play then when the banning phase is coming I cant chose a champ to ban and when the timer goes to 0 it just says on 0. Then a few seconds later i get kicked out and i get a penalty timer and lose LP. Like?? im trying to play ranks and this client is not letting me do what i want instead of gaining more LP i lose LP. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't but when it does it i get off of league because it made me upset. Is there any fix for this? Riot you need to fix this asap.
