Game ends but its not in my match history

So I won a ranked game, and when it ended it took forever to load the post game screen, so I decided to "skip waiting for stats." after I did this, I checked my profile and my LP didn't go up, I didn't gain any IP, and the game wasn't in my match history. I thought it was a glitch so I check op.gg and the game wasn't there too. Anyone know why this happens? or is it just delaying in showing the game or something?
