[Gameplay] Azir ultimate/Yasuo dash bug

As Yasuo if you attempt to dash with your "e" through a minion that is behind Azir's ultimate you will be repeatedly knocked up. The consequence of trying to dash to a minion behind an enemy Azir's wall is identical to the original bug that kept targets that were hit into a wall with his ultimate knocked up. I thought this was a fluke the first time it happened in a recent game, but then it happened two more times in lane. To replicate this phenomenon:

1. Have enemy Azir use his ultimate
2. As Yasuo, try to "e" through a minion behind the ultimate wall from in front
3. laugh as you continually jump into the air like you're on a trampoline
