I wont the rank game I needed to promote but when I checked it counted it a loss in the series?

Hello, I just finished a ranked game that should of promoted me to silver IV, I was playing jax jg and I won. After finishing the game it did not Have a pop up saying Congrats on prompting so I clicked the ranked button in my profile page to see that my game was counted as a loss. This took me bye surprise because I am on a 10 game win streak and had clearly one... When I checked my match history the game counted as a win. Please help me! IGN-xtremeevan Na
