[CLIENT] MAC users are frustrated and feel their voices are neglected

The Mac client is riddled with connection issues and I can't express the amount of frustration it has not only caused me, but many of my fellow summoners. I have suffered demotion from Gold to Silver due to copious disconnects and game crashes during crucial moments, and since it is the end of the season, I can't climb back. I tried, and was doing well, only to have a disconnect ruin a crucial teamfight and cause me to lose 3 wins worth of xp off of a client side issue.

I've browsed the forums and browsed reddit, and have seen a raw neglect of mac issues for what is going on 3 weeks now. I love this game, I love it alot, but I know I speak for many others when I saw I refuse to play it if this is the kind of customer service I'm going to receive (I've bought a good amount of RP. I just bought dunkmaster darius and as much as I want to dunk on people, I just can't deal with the frustration of blatant neglect towards my gaming needs (needs) any longer.)

Please fix the disconnects and crashes for mac client. I just wanna dunk Darius on kids Teemo man ) :

Yes! I agree fully! I have been dealing with this problem ever since Riot released Patch 4.17. I actually uninstalled the game because the constant crashed we having adverse effects on my computer. It seems like you only experienced GAME crashes, from what you said, but for me... It would crash my entire computer. Without warning, just a flash, and a then black screen with jittery noise, and then my computer would crash and restart. This would have 3-5 times during any given game, regardless of map or game type, and so often that LeaveBuster got on my case, even though it was out of my control. At one point, I have no idea how, my computer would crash even without LoL running! It would crash in the exact same manner, and then restart. After uninstalling, it seemed to fix, so no harm done, except now I can't play LoL. Beyond this, Riot attempted to fix the bug by releasing what they called a "hotfix" (essentially it was the quickest horse-poop solution that they could come up with so that they wouldn't keep Mac users waiting any longer) But it didn't work, and after that point if seemed like Riot gave up. I could go on and on with more reasons about why this is frustrating me, but essentially, Riot tried, without officially acknowledging that they had made a mistake, and then refused to acknowledge that their solution didn't work, leaving every Mac user helpless in the dark. But I have seen a few honorable Riot-ers in some of the threads here on the boards, talking with players, and genuinely, it seemed like they were trying to help, but it also seemed like they didn't REALLY know what was going on with Macs. And yes, I know that this is, to some extent, neglecting the Mac user who play LoL, because I also saw some threads about PC client bugs, and there were Riot-ers participating much more often in those threads, and over much less consequential bugs too. I would download League of Legends in a heart beat again, if I knew I would receive some customer service, but I don't know that, and have no evidence to even try and convince me of that. So.... Sorry Riot? You messed up, and are acting like a flipping ninny trying (or not trying) to fix this mess you threw every Mac player of yours into. GET REKT, and goodbye.
