Unable to reconnect

What is going on riot? Is the second time today I get disconnected in the middle of the game and I cannot reconnect until the game ends, my internet connection was completely fine. 2 of my teammates and one enemy had the same issue. Are we getting loss prevented for this?

Yup, sums up my today's experience trying to play, a lot of angry people and a more angry me.
