(Client) Not entering Que

After i hit accept to join a que, The client brings me bad to the home screen. I try to play another match but i am already assigned to a que i cannot start a new game. I stuck in the home screen and cannot play until the que closes because i didnt select a champ. then i have to wait the que ban time when the game didn't even allow me to select a champ... Please help i don't like being banned from ques and just wanna playyyyyyy
