I can't collect keys after getting 4 chests

It seems like I've been playing 9 games in a row with wins for all of them, and I didn't get even single key fragment. The last key fragment that I got was when I had only 3 chests and since the moment I got the 4th chest I didn't get any key fragment.

Someone know anything about that ? Is that a known bug that riot's going to fix ?

the more key fragments you get the less likely you are to get another

You bro! Same here. after I took my 4th chest and opened it with the keys fragment that I got I couldn't get any more keys fragments. same issue here! It already 17-20wins ranked/aram I haven't get any keys since that 4th chest! please fix it somehow or make the chances of getting a key fragment higher ty :D
