[GAMEPLAY] Darius Q Applies Bleed Inconsistently at Short Range

As seen here, Darius Q applies 5 stacks of bleed to all of the targets when there's at least one target with 4 stacks surrounding him. http://i.imgur.com/UJaneks.gifv

When the targets as close as they can be to Darius (without hitting the handle of the axe) bleed applies inconsistently. All of the targets should get 5 stacks, but they don't. http://i.imgur.com/EKOnRwf.gifv
