[Client] Item Sets Disappearing

Hi all,

This will be my first discussion post. I'm posting here today, because unfortunately, after an uninstallation and reinstallation, I found that while my runes and masteries saved to my account had returned, my item sets and some chat settings had not. Not only that, but when I exited after logging in after reinstalling League, and then logged on again a few hours later, I noticed that the item sets had disappeared once again. (And before anyone asks, yes, I DID click the save button before leaving the tab). I have no problem with re-creating those item sets, but I just wanted to know if anyone else was having this problem and if there were any solutions presently that can help.

I apologize in advance if I happen to have posted this in the wrong forum, but this was as close as I could get to my problem's nature.

Just FYI

Item sets are stored locally onto your cpu under Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_air_client\releases\0.0.1.140\deploy\preferences

They have yet to make it so the item sets are stored on servers

I have noticed that i had the same thing occur to me. Shortly after the latest update was installed (don't know if the update has anything to do with it), I played a game and noticed my item sets were not appearing. After the match I checked and saw that not one, but ALL my sets were gone. Not that i have had these sets and used them without them dissappearing for over 5 months.

That happened to me about half a year ago when I was about your level. It hasn't happened to me since, so it may have something to do with leveling up. It's a weird bug, though.

Seems everything has resolved itself, although I'm not sure how. All I did was back up the files as I saved the item sets I recreated. Now, they don't get deleted from my account, and I've played several games and closed the client a few times between then and now.
