Game freezes sometimes while in loading screen

title i don't know what to do when this happens to me but reconnect and then everyone is 6 levels ahead of me. Had this happen to me in a ranked game as Gangplank but fortunately i made a comeback and we won the game. i've seen this happen to Cyanide so i don't think it's something with my computer rito pls
