RUNES RESET EVERY TIME WHEN LOG IN

Hello everyone I have a quite annoying problem with rune pages and with emotes. For some odd reason runes that are manually configured are getting reset when the client is closed/unable to save them permanently for the next time I decide to play. I wonder if anyone else is having the same issue. Emotes page is not working at all. Loot page is bugged also. All bugs were reported but fix isn't coming. Client needs to be inspected by riot ASAP
