Well i won my second game for my promotion series, and i got a message saying that I qualified for my series. So basically I should have been promoted but it sent me back to start over >.>
No offence meant as i doubt this is what happened to you but I know that if your getting promoted to challenger then if theres not enough spots it will just prequalify you to the series if you win but there are no spots.
Other ranks have infinite openings though so ...
Why would I lie? I'm sure that all they need to do is check my game history and it would confirm that I am telling the truth, even if they don't do anything thats fine but its irritating that i have to start over again,
