Im not sure about this if kata can really well timed dodge that q but it looks like lee sins q relly doesn't finnish like it should ! Tell me what do you think :)

You can dodge Lee's kick if you displace yourself right before he hits you. The game registers the damage just ever so slightly after the impact, where he stops. Her jump was well timed.
